Over the past few months, we've cut back on our content, lost our social media, and stopped attending events.
You could say, we dropped off the grid.
Although our passion for fashion and lifestyle has never disappeared, a step back and deciding what direction we wanted to take the magazine in, who we want to create with and taking new outlooks on ideas was much needed.
Because at Avenue24, fashion isn't just a passion, it's a way of life. It defines us. And our team eats it, breathes it, dreams it, and takes it wherever we go.
2019 was an insatiable year for Avenue24. We went made our debut at Paris Fashion Week, shot Wolfgang Novogratz for the cover of our Fall/Winter Issue, and interviewed Love Island cast members, to name a few.
We set out with a mission in mind, accomplished it, and more.
For 2020, we wanted to get bigger and better. We wanted to put our best face forward, to show our readers what we are truly made of.
By putting our passion and new found drive at the pinnacle of content creation, the magazine becomes much more than a publication.
With that said, as many have asked, our Instagram will be no longer.
As much as Instagram has been an integral part of our growth as a company, over the years we have been subject to a range of negative and hateful comments and messages from one individual that have been both threatening and draining for the team.
Although we always want to deliver incredible content to our readers and followers, putting health and safety above all was a no brainer.
During the past months, as a team, we've come together and built ourselves back up, reinvigorated our passion for fashion, and have a whole new outlook on life and what we want for Avenue24 Magazine.
To our readers, we appreciate your patience and can't wait to show you what content we have brewing for 2020.
