It’s almost Autumn which means new beauty products are here to transition us effortlessly into winter. It's an exciting time of year for a beauty addict (hello!). With so many launches on the horizon we’d be lying to you if we said we didn’t have favourites coming out.
Today, to keep you informed, we're looking at some of the biggest launches to come from a variety of brands that we predict will be raved about for months to come. Because, now that most Canadian cities are finally moving past the scorching heat wave of this year’s summer - you don't have to be afraid of these beautiful products melting off. Ahhh, finally!
Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer in Diamond Milk
Let’s start with some brand new launches that are already available for purchase (hooray!). This month Rihanna celebrates the 1 year anniversary of her beauty brand, Fenty, with a small collection of dazzling products. Beauty Diamonds is the most fitting collection name for her new luminous Gloss Bombs and Diamond Bomb All-over Diamond Veil highlighters…we need both.

Glossier Zit Stick
Another product that just became available to order is the Glossier Zit Stick. This claims to clear zits faster than you can say the word zit. Well, not really, but it appears they’ve developed yet another creatively-packaged product that can begin to diminish those pesky red spots within just a few hours (plus have you seen how cool their website page for this products is!?). Glossier hasn’t disappointed us in the past and if this works too, we’re stocking up.

Most Wanted Collection by L'Oréal Paris x Isabel Marant
The drugstore makeup industry has recently been taking full advantage of celebrity collaborations, and this might be one of the most exciting launches of the season. The Most Wanted Collection consists of several products—including lipsticks, lipgloss, eyeshadow, highlighter, even mascara and a brow product. Anything with Isabel’s name on it has to live up to expectations. We need these ASAP.

BECCA Volcano Goddess Eyeshadow Palette
We can never have enough eyeshadow palettes, especially when they’re the most beautiful, bold, but totally wearable tones. The palette is conveniently packaged in a sleek, travel-friendly case with a huge mirror, includes 12 shades ranging from light and warm to dark and cool, and just the perfect amount of shimmer to make you look like a goddess. With names like “diamond dust,” “red rock,” and “midnight sapphire,” we just can’t resist. And here’s the real kicker for us makeup junkies: it’s a limited edition which means we have to have it's time to make a purchase before it sells out for good.

Kat Von D Fetish Makeup Collection
Some of our favourite products are by Kat Von D, and we’re so looking forward to her release of the Fetish collection this month. So far we’ve been teased with previews of an eyeshadow palette, a blush and highlighter palette, and an Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in a glitter finish. YES girl, all we need this fall is for our lips to glow out of this world.

Huda Beauty Precious Stones Palettes
Huda Beauty has teased about a couple exciting launches coming really soon! Yes, the first is not one, nut FIVE Eyeshadow Obsessions Palettes. The collection, Precious Stones, embodies a different gemstone per palette theme, so pick your favourite colour to wear on your eyelids and you’ll have every shade you’ll ever need. Emerald, Amethyst, Ruby, Sapphire, and Topaz as a collection will cover just about every colour so you can tap into your creative and daring side while applying makeup in the morning. If you love colourful palettes just as much as we do, start saving for these!

Huda Beauty Overachiever Concealer
The next Huda Beauty launch is just as exciting, especially for foundation lovers. Huda has revealed a project that has been two years in the making: the Overachiever Concealer. Concealers are hard to perfect these days with the abundance of “holy grails” on the market such as the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer and Tarte’s Shape Tape. But it sounds like Huda’s team worked hard on making this product just right…and (hopefully) pigmented enough to cover up the darkest eye circles. To all the hardworking ladies out there, this could be the one for you so keep an eye out for when it’s in the shops.

Garnier SkinActive Ultra Clean 3-in-1 Wash, Scrub, and Mask with Charcoal
Who doesn’t love affordable skin care that can do it all? This 3-in-1 charcoal mask and facial scrub will hopefully work wonders for our skin. Activated charcoal has been all the rage—and for good reason. So we can’t wait to put this product to the test when it hits drugstore shelves this fall.

Marc Jacobs Gold Holiday Collection
Last but not least…Marc has won the hearts of many with some of the most luxurious beauty products on the market. Recently we have seen sneak peaks of a all-gold-everything holiday collection with several glittery limited edition products. It’s ALL exciting, yet the one we’re most excited about is the Enamored Hi-Shine Gloss Lip Lacquer in the shade “Shine A Light.” As for the colour, you’ll have to see for yourself and decide if gold is your thing, but we are super confident in the Hi-Shine gloss formula. These babies are worth every penny—you can’t go wrong with gold packaging and a slightly sweet minty scent. Although this is a holiday collection, rumour has it we’ll be able to get our hands on it very soon.
