For Fall/Winter 2020, Parisian label Ottolinger showcased a decadent combination of grace, strength and independence.
Inspired by elements of nature, for AW20 the label shared invisible sophistication through symbols of sensuality and harmony. Made with the contemporary women in mind, Ottolinger took to the runway a beautiful blend of sustainable materials like reused and recycled cotton denim, hand-knit Swiss Alpine details and vegan sherling. One of our favourite elements of the presentation, however, was witnessing the construction of the garments. In the collection were innovative coat and jacket cuts, with asymmetric closures. In addition, dresses were made with unique openings on the front with deconstructed layering.
Lastly, another major focal point for our team was the accessories paired with each look. Mini bags and colorful shoes completed and complimented each look. Sherling hats also made their debut on the runway adding an almost retro but streetwear style to an otherwise chic look.
