This June get ready for a major collaboration.
Recently announced, M.A.C will be collaborating with the late R&B music and film icon Aaliyah Haughton. Set to launch on June 20th, 2018, this new collection follow in the footsteps of the Selena Quintanilla collection that broke the Internet only a few short months ago. Inspired by the R&B Icon's impact in the industry this collection will feature shades inspired by Aaliyah's very own songs and music videos.
The launch of this highly anticipated collection was brought to life by fans - 26,000 to be exact - who wanted to honor Aaliyah's legacy. A young R&B Singer, Model, Actor and Icon who died in 2001 in a plane crash, Aaliyah was one of the most infamous R&B artist's of her time and was listed on Billboard as the 27th most successful R&B artist in history.
Images of the new collection have already leaked online. With sleek burgundy packaging and her silver signature, we can't wait to get our hands on it. And although we've had a small glance of a few of the product, we can't be sure what to expect with the full line.
