5 Vegan Pick-Me-Up Smoothies

Smoothies are a great way to get in your fruits and veggies on the go. As we approach winter, energy levels always seem to decrease and we’re always attempting to sneak our meals in as quickly as we can so we have more time to cozy up and unwind. With the grey skies looming over and we start to find our bed as a second home, it is so important to keep in mind the fact that incorporating wholesome ingredients into our food will keep the winter blues away. So why stick to eating the same bowl of oatmeal or cereal in the morning? Ditch the fast food on your lunch breaks and switch it up with some healthy, fulfilling recipes that can be ready in under 5 minutes.

Today we’re sharing 5 smoothie recipes (which also happen to be vegan!) to shock your tastebuds everyday of the work week. Try out these recipes by starting your day with a breakfast smoothie or prep and pack a smoothie in your favourite insulated travel cup and drink it as a snack or meal replacement when you get hungry later.
