The Many Ways To Celebrate PRIDE Month In Toronto



It's that wonderful time of the year - Pride month is FINALLY here and although we celebrate our Pride all year round this month Toronto is filling up with some exciting events that are a must ATTEND. Take a look at some of the best in the city:

Cabana Pool Party: June 14, 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Looking for a way to cool down this summer? Head over to Cabana Pool Bar overlooking the Toronto skyline. On June 14th DJ/producer Ticky Ty with special performances by local star Tynomi Banks and BenDeLaCreme from Ru Paul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 3 will be there to shake things UP! So bring your swimsuit and drop it low!!

Colour ROM Proud: June 15, 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m

Explore the gorgeous galleries of the ROM while eating from pop up food vendors and dancing with some of the top Drag Queens to some of the top DJs.

Artscape Gibraltar Point on the Toronto Islands: June 17, 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m

It's a Pride paradise! Bring your favourite bathing suit and shades as you head on over by ferry to the Artscape Gibraltar Point on the Toronto Islands. Spend all day dancing, having a few cocktails with the plenty of mermen on shore. DJ performances include Phil Villeneuve, John Caffery, Philippe and Honey Dijon.

A Night at the AQUEERium, June 22, 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Spend the night at Ripleys Acquarium with DJ Cozmic Cat and DJ Lucie Tic, drag queens, foods, drinks and entertainment amongst the fishes, mermaids and sharks. Its an under the sea adventure full of color and fun.

Toronto’s Dyke March: June 23, 1:00 p.m

A more political demonstration, the Toronto's Dyke march celebrates the power, strength and diversity of women and trans people in the LGBTTIQQ2SA community. After the march you can head over to the Allan Gardens for performances, crafting and dyke-community building.

DRAG BALL: June 23, 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m

We love a good drag show and this is one you don't want to miss. The DRAG BALL is a local drag show that is both fierce and dazzling. Join Toronto’s top queens with Australian drag DJ Kitty Glitterserving igniting the dancefloor. Stay fabulous till the end for a special surprise guest performance.

Pride Parade: June 24, 2018, 2:00PM

It's the 38th annual Pride parade and we are literally counting down the days. From Church street and Bloor to Younge and Dundas, Toronto is about get very colorful with an array of dancers, singers, DJ's and so much more. It's an all day celebration that is a MUST for Pride month.

Last Dance: June 24, 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The Last Dance concludes the array of events for Pride month. Get ready to drop it low with a line up of amazing artists including Toronto locals DJ Sumation and DJ Barry Harris, Chicago’s DJ Karsten Sollors and Australian DJ Kitty Glitter.
