Designer of the stars Amato Couture showcased his designs on the runway at TW this past Wednesday and his collection was everything.
From the beginning of fashion week, Amato Couture was my most anticipated show. I had seen a some of his designs at a glance a few months ago and was in awe by how extravagant but also wearable his collection was. From embellished ball gowns to sleek form fitting dresses, each piece was unique and alluring.
The show much like the designs was one of a kind. It began with showcasing the various achievements of the designer, from dressing Katy Perry, Beyonce, to Kesha and Carrie Underwood for important events, music videos and concerts. The intro to the designer was very in your face and sporadic with flashing lights and loud music. But it abruptly stopped and this angelic music began playing, taking the audience to a garden/enchanting space. Amato Couture had transformed the runway in a matter of minutes, it was pretty surreal. And the designs captured the vibe to a T.
