I love the gym. I know I am one of those annoying people who talk about their morning at the gym, but I can't help it, I'm in love. And it's weird, I don't go to the gym for a specific reason like “I want to lose weight” or “I want to get jacked and kick someone’s butt”, it’s more so because I love the way it makes me feel. Running for 15 minutes might seem torture to some but I genuinely like how determined I get when I turn on that banger Drake song and just kill it on the treadmill. I actually look forward to it some days when I’m stuck inside at work or I have been lounging around all day, and I can get really competitive with myself. Say I run for like 25 minutes at the gym, the next day I’ll end up running 30 minutes because I feel like 25 minutes is too short or that I can do better. And when I do finish a new record I always feel so accomplished. Which might sound stupid but I love that feeling.

It's safe to say I love working out and it plays a big part in my life health wise and mentally. Since I spend most of my time at the gym I like to go looking a little stylish, while adding my own flare. I love funky pieces mixed in with a minimal look, so like an all white outfit with a splash of silver or a snake print. I don’t know why but when I go to the gym with a nice gym outfit I feel like I have my life together when I clearly do not.

This post is going to show you my favorite pieces from my two GO TO stores: Revolve and Nordstrom (which I'll probably talk about in a later blog post). I tried to get every type of clothing that you could need for a gym that correlate with one another so that you could buy them together and then mix and match, because who wouldn’t love buying a sports bra or a pair of leggings that go with EVERYTHING.
